What kind of credit card will be accepted for online credit card payment?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. However, some card issuing banks do not support online payment service. Please check with your own card issuing bank for details.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We never send personal information, such as your credit card number over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but the issuing bank of your credit card. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology and SCB (Standard Chartered Bank) Payment Gateway. Therefore, your credit card data cannot be accessed by any parties except your card issuing bank.
What is Verified by Visa service?

It is a new service offered by Visa International that provides you with a personal password for your Visa credit card. It gives you extra protection when you use your Visa credit card to make payment over the Internet. The main objective of this service is to prevent unauthorized usage of your card on the Internet, giving you more confidence about making secure payments online.
How does Verified by Visa service work?

This service provides you with a password to protect your online payment, just like you use your Personal Identification Number (PIN) at an ATM machine. Whenever you make payment online at ESDlife website with your registered Visa credit card, you will be asked to input your password to authenticate your identity. Otherwise, your payment request will be declined by your card issuing bank.
How do I register my credit card for Verified by Visa service?

You have to register this service at your card issuing bank. Please contact your card issuing bank for registration detail:

Is Verified by Visa service available for registration at all card issuing banks?

What is a Personal Assurance Message?

When you register for Verified by Visa service, you will be asked to create your own Personal Assurance Message (PAM). Every time you pay online, you must check your own PAM before entering your password to ensure that you are dealing with your card issuing bank.
Once I have completion Verified by Visa registration at card issuing bank, how do I use this service?

Upon registration confirmation from your card issuing bank, you will be able to use this service right away at our website. You will be prompted to input your password for authentication before proceeding to payment authorization request.
What can I do if I forget my Verified by Visa password?

Can I choose not to register Verified by Visa service at card issuing bank?

If you do not register this service at card issuing banks, your online payment request may be declined by your card issuing banks. Since different card issuing banks may have different policy, you are advised to check with your card issuing banks for details.
